This is the best fruit cake I have ever had. I know you are suppose to do it early and let its flavors meld, but it is still the best even if you dont do that. It can be a tad expensive, but hey, its the holidays and it is well worth it. It is 10000000000x better than the ones you make with those neon red and green "fruit" things people make. You can also change up the fruit and nuts and the amounts too to what you like. As long as you keep the total amounts semi close.
