RHUBARB CRISP
4 cups Rhubarb (cut-up)
1 cup Sugar
1 package Strawberry Jell-O (3 ounce)
1 box White cake mix
1 cup Cold water
1 stick Margarine or Butter (cut-up over top)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9"x13" cake pan with butter or margarine.
Layer ingredients in pan in order given above.
Bake until golden brown.
(Directions call to bake until golden brown. I usually start checking after 20 minutes and then in intervals of 5 minutes until it is golden brown. )
Serve warm with Cool-Whip or Ice Cream.
Refrigerate leftovers ... this is really delicious! _________________ Have a mice day. |
