Ham Salad

Ham Salad

1-1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons sweet relish

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped apple, optional

1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

1 teaspoon yellow mustard, optional.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill before serving if so desired. Serve on lettuce leaves. Can also be used to make sandwiches.
