Am away from work with cold & couldn't sleep so decided to sort WIPs + stash - knew I was in a muddle but didn't realise how much!
I have sorted WIPs and discovered I have 12 on the go Embarassed
Didn't realise in my efforts to use up stash - I have now made a list of order to complete them & MUST stick to it.

Then I went thru stash & sorted. I am pleased it is being used up slowly. I also used to keep tiny bits of yarn - (!! in case) & I was able to be hard & dispose of them. So YARN DIET WORKING (well it will be when projects finished) Wink

Put all my patterns in 3 tubs to be sorted into files

Still lots to do but at least I feel less muddled about it - worked in 15's-15 minutes sorting -15 min rest !! Now I'm tired so going to sit & start on a WIP project.

You'll feel better now you know what's what and where. Just don't do too much. Nurse that cold, won't you.

Isn't it funny how stressful being in a muddle can be? Confused

Sorry about the cold hils....I really know what you're going through.....with the busiest weekend ahead of me, this afternoon I realize I have a sore throat and a headache. I am going to be so cranky.

There is nothing I can cancel so I have to be a big girl.....ironically....one of the things on the list is to get a flu shot tomorrow morning....I will walk in there with a sore throat, red nose and sneezing.....but, I need that flu shot....if I'm such a whiner with a cold imagine what I'm like with the flu. Very Happy

I believe you can take a shot with a cold. My husband did this week with one. If you have a temperture they will not give you one, at least Kaiser won't. Do hope everyone feels better soon. My husband has had his cold going on two weeks, but I'm the cranky one trying to get him to cover his mouth when he sneezes Exclamation

Happy Knitting Very Happy Very Happy

Hils, have you tried zinc lozenges? That always seems to help me, seems to speed up the demise of the viruses. Evil or Very Mad

well done with the tidy up Hils, hope the cold gets better soon. I have found a flu shot around April and November usually keeps me out of trouble, and black tea sweetened with honey is a good soother. Dairy seems to make things worse Sad .

Back at work today - would love to have stayed in bed but last week of mth so very busy - especially with financial situation - we import & sell steel - but no-one buying!!! Tail end of cold but on its way out now so not so cranky Very Happy
