Well, I'm embarrassed to admit that I've finished it already  It just sort of happened. I found it a very enjoyable knit so I just kept going. It's blocking on a bucket now. I'll post pics soon.

I am so happy to hear that...as I am slogging away  ...but I am going to get this finished to wear next winter... Now, when I get stuck, I can just ask you...  Can hardly wait for the pics...that should be encouraging.

Here it is. It covers the gap at the back of the neck nicely. I'll be nice and warm when the March winds blow.

It's not a very difficult knit at all but if I did it again, I would use 4 ply/fingering as specified instead of the DK I used. It would be nicer if it looked more delicate.
I think I'm beginning to prefer more delicate looking knits.

Yvonne - thats really pretty - well done for finishing!
I agree about the delicate knits - they do look so nice - just a bit wearing on the hands though I find. |
