I had a bunch of pretty hankerchiefs. I used a pretty rope and strung it across my one bathroom window. I used the tiny wooden clothespins and hung the hankies by their points across the window on the rope. It looks so pretty, as a valance, and cost nothing.

Cute.......I have a girlfriend who found the perfect, tiny tree limb and hung that across her window....she hangs different things from it depending on the season.

That's what I use in my LR for my curtains, tree branches. I posted a picture of it. I love the way it looks.
