My dil fixes something like this, but she just spreads it on a cooking sheet, drizzles it with olive oil and then slow bakes it until tender. My son has developed a liking for them. She also does brussel sprouts and snap peas and beans that way, too.

Even the kids eat them... Wink

I haven't tried this one yet, but I plan to. It sounds really delicious. I was reading the tips from other users, too, so there are several versions to "customize" it for your family's tastes.
