What are you making? Different yarns are better suited to different projects.
Are the needles you're using straight or double pointed? If they're straight, then you might find it tricky working some projects on shorter needles - especially if you have quite a few stitches.
If you search on Ebay, you may find some cheap collections of needles which you could try to see if you can find a style and length that you like. Once you've tried a few, you'll be able to work out which needles you want to invest in. _________________
