Love At First Bite
Tired of battling over broccoli or scuffling over spinach? Get your kids to fall in love with veggies with these simple tips that any mom can do.
STIR FRY 'EM. Give veggies a flavor kids love by stir-frying them. Serve a fortune cookie on the side as a treat for cleaning their plate.

SNEAK 'EM IN. Mix pureed raw veggies into pasta sauces or toss a handful of raw baby spinach into their after-school smoothies. Your kids won’t notice a difference, but you will!

SWEETEN 'EM UP. Adding a touch of sweetness to veggies will take your kids from “no thanks” to “more please!” Try these recipes, using SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener as your secret ingredient!
