I put in my first order from Colourmart Saturday and then I read the bit about the yarn having a coating on it for the machines.

Has anyone worked with their yarn? How bad is the coating? I was planning to knit straight off the cone. If I make a swatch and wash it so I know what the end result will be, will I be okay working off the cones and washing it later?

I don't know anything about this....email them or see if they have a phone number and quiz them.
