KM... I've written another 3000 words for my MSc today... been on a roll... but looking forward to the Harvest Supper tonight... a bit of light relief and human contact is needed!

That shawl is gorgeous. You have been very busy haven't you?

ETA: I went back to the beginning to find the pattern, and have just requested Wrapped in Comfort: knitted lace shawls from my library. Must try. Thanks Yvonne

Shocked Oooooooooo...your mum should just love that. As Goldilocks said, "It's just right".

And, the location was great. The light there really shows up the color and the delicate work of the shawl.

Nanette: before you make anything check out the author's blog for errors and ignore the yarn weight symbols because many are wrong, having been added without her knowledge.
