This month I will make the hat and scarf for my great-nephew in his school colors.

I am casting on today, Oct. 1. Wink

As the saying goes: "The best laid plans of mice and men..." When I started knitting, I found I hated the feel of the yarn fabric. Sad So, Plan B...I have ordered some Knitpicks Swish in black and gold.

To use the time wisely while I wait, I started another bag for another niece. This one is in a blue denim looking yarn, so should do well for this high school age young lady. Flexible, must be flexible. Confused

Your yarn will come quickly, and you will be up and running in no time! Flexibility is your middle name, right? Very Happy

Flexible is Mouse's middle name? How odd. Did your parents not like you? LOL

Finishing up the I-cord straps on this bag. Guess I will make another Baglove or two while I wait for the yarn. Not going in the order planned, but I am churning out the little gifts. Very Happy

You're nibbling away at your Christmas knitting then. Very Happy

That's good.
