This is the rough list of KALs for this year.

March - Lace KAL

I think a lot of us will be knitting shawls, but if you aren't a shawl person, or don't think you can manage it, then anything with a lacy pattern will fit in too.

May - Cable KAL

Anything from a dishcloth to an afghan

June - Summer Top KAL

Something to make you glad that the sun is shining.

July - Socks KAL

Hopefully most of us will be experiencing some summer weather, and socks are a nice, small project.

September - Colourwork KAL

Intarsia, fair isle or just plain stripes

Hopefully these are broad enough that anybody who wants to take part can find something to join in with.

I am not big on lace, but maybe I will do the cable KAL. I have a baby bib that is cabled. Smile Might give that a go.

I just did a clapotis and it is stunning. You could try something like that LilyAnn, it is a wrap just not one of the lacy ones

I will join in the March KAL for sure. I have already started a lacy shawl for Spring/Summer and it is sitting in my knitting basket giving me nasty looks because I have not been working on it Sad . This will be just the inspiration I need.

Great list! I think I will be able to find something to do for each of them. I may even finish Anna's intarsia horse sweater. Smile

I've had a pattern for a summer top that I've wanted to do for ages. It needs cotton which I haven't got.

I'll see how I'm getting on with the others before I decide.

I think I might have a go at the March KAL. I want to make a wrap that is in the Vogue book I got a short while back. Can we start early?

Of course you can start early. Alternatively....you have to hide in your closet knitting where we won't see you. Very Happy

I may jump in and give the cabels a go in May, I've never had any success with them before but with all the help available here perhaps I can make it work. They've always looked like a horrid tangle when I did them Rolling Eyes.
