I have three repeats of the pattern and the edge to go. I'm getting very eager to be finished with this because I got blocking wires and a very inexpensive play mat. I can't wait to see something blocked decently for a change.

Yee-haw! I have just one more pattern repeat and the edge left. Of course, I'm up to 365 stitches now, so this could take a little while. Laughing

Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh! Does the saying "haste makes waste" mean anything to you? I was cracking right along, just pleased as punch with myself. Then, my mind started to wander and disaster struck. I tried to fix it, but it just didn't work. I didn't move my lifeline as I went along, either. SO...I had to rip back to the beginning of the final repeat. THEN, it took me TWO tries this morning to get Row 1 right. I think my mind isn't really on this at the moment, but I am so eager to get it finished. Rolling Eyes

What Nony said...

I haven't picked up any knitting to speak of since I got home from LillyAn's... What with all the upheaval here.. even when I get in bed to relax with an audio book.. knitting just seems too complicated right now..

I did start crocheting a really big granny square afghan... It's just one square.. I just keep going round and round and round.. I don't have to think about it at all... I got the idea at LillyAn's.. she has one made like that..

Yay GA !!

I'm on the fifth repeat of the border. I think there is five more to go on this side and then the point charts and up the other side.

I was using my cookie sheet to hold my chart for the shawl.... Needed it for dinner one day three or four weeks ago, and haven't gotten back to the shawl since. Rolling Eyes Wink

That is absolutely gorgeous! I love the colors and the pattern. Which pattern did you use again?
