That seems a do-able list.

Sewing for the doll is all finished - happy dance. The German "Lederhosen" turned out really well.
Now on to knitting this little guy a typical sweater/cardigan.

The doll cardigan gave me kind of a fit. At first I hand knitted it in the traditional garter stitch. With the DK yarn I used it came out too bulky and also a tad too small, just did not look right. So I made a second attempt and knitted it on my mid-gauge machine in reverse stockinette, which mimics the garter stitch look. I had to redo this one, too, but that was not a problem, because it went quick on the machine. The hand finishing took longer than the machine knitting time. It is currently drying, hope this one fits, still need to sew on the buttons.

On to the next project for this month.

Sounds as if its keeping you busy. You are lucky to be able to use your machine! I love hand knitting for sure but it is slower !

I do enjoy hand knitting a lot and have no intention of giving it up.
The machines are just tools that can speed up certain things and get a larger project done in much less time.
In this case it was a tiny project and doing it twice did not take any longer due to the machine help.

Started the gauge swatches for the planned machine knitted market bag. So far I have not decided on a suitable gauge, it is either too tight (more like cardboard) or too loose. I may have to reconsider the yarn.
(I have also cleaned up the "paper explosion" in the guest bedroom which I also use as a home office).
